1. Responsible for user growth in the beauty/personal care/household cleaning/parent-child industries, as well as user stratification management and user life cycle management 2. Horizontally integrate short videos, talent & brand live broadcast rooms, promotion venues, column channels and other business scenarios and product module capabilities and resources 3. Improve core indicators such as user stickiness and activity through user rights, services, marketing activities and other methods 4. According to business goals, deeply analyze user needs, business scenarios, and product experience links, and promote business growth through theme promotion activities, business cross-flow, automated marketing, etc. 5. Promote operational infrastructure, build analysis models, and tap business growth opportunities.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of e-commerce user operation experience 2. Proficient in AIPL model, good at various operation methods such as end-to-end growth, user refinement operation, event operation, scenario operation, content operation, etc. 3. Good product awareness, user experience perception, strong communication skills, clear thinking and logic, good operational structured thinking ability, in-depth data analysis ability, and the ability to efficiently drive project implementation 4.
