Senior User Product Manager - International Life Service

1. Responsible for the transaction, marketing and growth direction of the international life service user team, build the team from 0-1 and design the organizational role division 2. Develop team direction planning, design relevant strategies/product capabilities based on market insights and data analysis 3. For user life cycle management, contribute to supply growth, LT and DAC/MAC are responsible 4. Lead the team to have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the international market, and explore growth opportunities for talents, merchants, and users 5. Work closely with user products/B-side products/algorithms and operation teams to promote project implementation and ensure that goals are achieved.

1. Bachelor degree or above, growth strategy background, experience in e-commerce/life services/trading platform growth is preferred 2. Systematic data logic and sensitivity, good at exploring growth opportunities, familiar with growth methodology 3. More than 3 years of team management experience, good at leading the team to achieve performance beyond expectations 4. English can be used as a working language, overseas living or working experience is a plus, and international business trips can be accepted 5. Entrepreneurial spirit, able to accept gray areas and be flexible, good at building and defining frameworks from 0-1, and good at resource integration.
