Responsibilities
1. Responsible for domestic user research in the direction of short video content ecology/content operation, able to independently support the business, complete the demand analysis, solution design, and project execution of various user research projects within the business, and output professional research reports with strong implementation 2. Responsible for the analysis of the content market and users, including industry analysis, business analysis, market structure, user trends, etc. help the business judge the market environment and dynamics of Internet content products and related industries, and conduct special user research and analysis based on business progress.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in sociology, psychology, statistics, marketing, economics and other related majors are preferred 2. 3 years or more of market and user research experience, able to independently support a business line and complete related research projects (including but not limited to focus groups, in-depth interviews, etc.), strong logical ability, able to think independently to solve problems, dare to innovate and accept challenges, and have good communication skills and motivation 3. Understand the video and community industries and have personal insights, and have experience in pan-entertainment content and community ecology research is preferred 4. Have strong analytical and comprehension skills, can effectively disassemble complex/abstract problems, design appropriate research methods, be good at summarizing and refining core findings, have a habit of deep thinking, can think through the underlying logic of phenomena, and have strong framework thinking and learning ability 5. Need to be familiar with related content products at home and abroad, and like to explore and study the evolution trends of different products 6. Strong quantitative analysis ability, familiar with and mastering statistical software such as SPSS, Python, SQL, and certain experience in complex quantitative research projects those with cross-team cooperation experience are preferred, and can take the lead in organizing complex cross-team projects and actively promote the implementation of results.
