Server Architect/Technical Leader - International Community

1. Able to cooperate with product, operation and other roles, responsible for the business iteration, optimization and reconstruction of the international community product server-side related systems 2. Responsible for server stability, cost optimization and other work, to ensure the deployment of business at home and abroad and efficient and stable operation 3. Responsible for the design of basic components and architecture of the server, and promote the improvement of team R&D efficiency 4. Responsible for the control of the team's technical direction, formulation and implementation of medium and long-term plans, management of medium and large projects and personnel training.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software, telecommunications or related, 3 years or more of server-side development experience 2. Have solid programming skills, excellent design skills, and love programming 3. Familiar with open source components such as Mysql, NoSQL, Redis, and message queues 4. Familiar with the Internet architecture system, and have a good understanding and practice of microservice splitting, service governance, load balancing, flow control, etc. 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility for business and products, and have good communication skills and excellent teamwork ability 6. Bonus points: English can be used as a working language have experience in overseas product development.
