Responsible for the business iteration of TikTok's contribution platform, as well as the service-side architecture design and implementation of related systems 2. Continuously optimize and iterate the system architecture to improve the stability, scalability, efficiency, etc. of the system 3. Work with the product team to explore novel, interesting and inspiring content creation and consumption experience, and complete the design and implementation of technical solutions 4. Work with multiple cross-functional teams to complete high-quality delivery in a fast-iterative working environment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 2 years of backend work experience 2. Proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Java, C++, Python, and proficient in basic data structures and algorithms 3. Understand the design ideas of distributed system architecture, and be familiar with common basic components such as databases, caches and message queues 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility. , self-motivated, growth-oriented, and always curious and learning about cutting-edge technologies 5. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to efficiently find the essence of problems in complex engineering links 6. Have excellent team communication and collaboration skills, and be able to efficiently promote or support cross-team cooperation projects. Bonus points: 1. Good oral English, can communicate fluently in English 2. Have experience in large-scale distributed systems 3. Have experience in algorithm-related R&D.
