Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the power supply architecture of ByteDance's server products and the planning and research of single-board power supply technology, and promote the productization of related technologies 2. Responsible for the power supply development process of server products, closely collaborating with ODM manufacturers and internal and external resources including system power demand analysis, power supply solution design, power supply selection, test verification and other work 3. Follow up the development trend of server hardware power supply, study new technologies and new solutions, continue to innovate technology in combination with product needs, and promote the implementation of new product projects 4. Responsible for the power supply design quality of server products, organize technical research on difficult problems, and continuously optimize the power supply quality in combination with online applications.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, communication, electronics, computer and other related majors, with solid hardware basic knowledge 2. More than 5 years of experience in server power supply design and development, proficient in power supply commissioning and problem location, proficient in the use of oscilloscopes, load meters, VRTT and other testing tools 3. Experience in hardware power supply design and commissioning such as server motherboards/GPU motherboards, with accumulation in VRM multi-phase power supply, high-power chip power supply solutions, power efficiency tuning, 48V power supply design, etc. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability and stress resistance take the initiative to manage, solve problems and promote problem solving good at thinking, teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
