Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the R&D and delivery management of ByteDance server projects, and invest in end-to-end products 2. Carry out professional project management and control in the entire life cycle of product concept, project establishment, development verification, mass production and maintenance, organize relevant teams and internal and external resources, and achieve project development delivery cycle and quality goals 3. Responsible for the introduction of different models and configurations of server mass-produced products in multiple ODM manufacturers to achieve delivery cycle and quality requirements 4. Manage and collaborate with ODM manufacturers resources and server industry resources to enable professional project management capabilities, achieve standardized project development and high-quality execution 5. Continuously improve the efficiency and quality of server R&D delivery and enhance the overall project management capabilities of the team through the construction and optimization of R&D project management related processes and platforms.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in communications, electronics, computers and related majors have a solid knowledge base of server products 2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of server hardware, leading and independently successfully completing 3 or more whole-machine mass production product R&D and delivery experiences 3. Familiar with the server product industry ecology, overall operation maintenance, delivery and other work familiar with product component supply, design and development, and production and manufacturing processes 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking skills and stress resistance take the initiative to manage, solve problems and promote problem solving be good at thinking, have a team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
