Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design of ByteDance's server hardware system, including demand analysis, hardware evaluation, solution design, hardware selection, performance evaluation, etc., to ensure that the server meets business needs and technical competitiveness 2. Responsible for the entire process of server hardware development, closely collaborate with ODM manufacturers and internal and external resources to carry out hardware detailed design, development and commissioning, production introduction and mass production maintenance and optimization, to ensure that server hardware cost, quality and development efficiency meet the goals 3. Follow up the development trend of server hardware technology, research new technologies and new solutions, continuously innovate server hardware technology in line with product needs, and promote the implementation of new product projects 4. Be responsible for the end-to-end hardware technology of server R&D, ensure the completion of hardware development and online delivery on schedule, organize technical research on difficult problems, and continuously optimize product hardware quality in combination with online applications.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communications, electronics, computers and other related majors, with solid hardware basic knowledge 2. More than 5 years of experience in server hardware design and development, leading and independently successfully completing 2 or more whole-machine product hardware development experiences 3. Experience in server motherboard hardware development and commissioning, familiar with server hardware systems and CPU/GPU, memory, storage, network and other components 4. Proficient in hardware design tools and test equipment, such as Cadence, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. have excellent problem-solving ability and debugging skills familiar with server production and processing, test procedures, BOM management and replacement 5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability and stress resistance take the initiative to manage, solve problems and promote problem solving be good at thinking, have a team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
