Server Lead - Pre-project Group

1. Design and implement high-performance, scalable and stable server architecture to meet business needs 2. Optimize server performance and handle issues such as concurrency, data synchronization and network latency 3. Responsible for the design and development of game server-side content 4. Responsible for server-side troubleshooting and repair 5. Fully collaborate with the project team to ensure high-quality delivery of server development content.

1. Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above 2. 5 years or more of game server development experience, 2 years of server main program development experience, with a solid computer programming foundation 3. As a server main program or important member, have fully participated in at least one online game project, and those with TPS/FPS/competitive project experience are preferred 4. Proficient in C++ programming, familiar with server-side development related technologies, such as TCP/IP, KCP, HTTP, database, etc. 5. Familiar with knowledge of distributed systems, high concurrency processing and performance optimization, familiar with AI, pathfinding, physics engines, etc. 6. Hardworking, always entrepreneurial, good teamwork and communication skills, able to promote the rapid implementation of project server-side related work.
