Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the server-side R&D and management of the Douyin instant messaging sub-direction 2. Responsible for the system architecture design and technical planning formulation and implementation of this direction 3. Fully understand the product planning, work well with PM, lead the team to provide business support, and drive better business development through technology 4. Responsible for the technical team building, talent training and team management in this direction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication and other related majors, more than 5 years of backend work experience 2. Good software architecture design and coding skills, able to handle important business and technical projects 3. Familiar with the Internet architecture system, and have a good understanding and practice of microservice splitting, service governance, load balancing, flow control, etc. 4. Able to deeply understand the business and technical status, design a reasonable long-term system architecture, formulate and disassemble the medium- and long-term technical plan in this direction, continuously improve existing services, optimize system weaknesses, and improve system performance, stability, and scalability 5. Proactive and self-driven, have a deep understanding of the business and establish communication with various roles in the business, can be independently responsible for a piece of business, and quickly promote the resolution of projects and problems 6. Experience in server-side team management is preferred (both dotted and solid lines are acceptable).
