Server Shelf Planning Engineer

1. Responsible for coordinating resources and tracking the progress of resource delivery to ensure the smooth progress of all links in the IDC computer room construction, such as IDC acceptance, network cabling, server equipment arrival and shelf placement, system installation and delivery business, etc., understand the key nodes and outputs of each link, identify the risk of delay in advance and coordinate resources to solve it 2. Optimize the processes of network equipment and server arrival, shelf placement, installation, etc., create a new delivery model, and improve delivery efficiency 3. Realize the online process and data, design and monitor relevant indicators, and monitor the market 4. Responsible for coordinating the relocation of computer rooms and large-scale server migration.

1. Have more than 2 years of IT technology-related experience or resource delivery-related experience 2. Have a basic understanding of data centers and be familiar with the server listing process 3. Have project management and process optimization thinking, and be proficient in using project management tools and methods 4. Be able to withstand high work pressure have a strong sense of work responsibility have good communication skills have a good team spirit 5. Be able to complete work independently, and have strong comprehensive analysis and problem-solving capabilities 6. Have good work document habits, and write and update work processes and technical documents in a timely manner as required.
