Responsibilities
1. Participate in the research and development of diagnostic strategies and architectures for international advertising business advertising, and optimize advertising delivery effects from the delivery system level and customer level by locating advertising delivery performance issues 2. Cooperate with the delivery link team, actively explore based on customer demands and system problems, and participate in the construction of advertising effect optimization tools and the development and optimization of advertising features 3. Build massive data for advertising diagnosis, problem warning, and effect optimization, and provide reliable, unified offline and real-time data services for the diagnosis and delivery system 4. Participate in the development of optimization suggestions for customers, and empower the advertising platform and advertising suggestion system.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with one or more of the Golang/Python/C++ development languages, and familiar with the corresponding mainstream Web development frameworks 2. Have excellent coding skills and solid data structure and algorithm skills, familiar with common design patterns, and have strong system architecture design, performance optimization capabilities and massive data processing capabilities are preferred 3. Familiar with common storage and middleware (such as MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ, Kafka, etc.) 4. Have a deep understanding and knowledge of one or more of distributed computing, large-scale storage, and machine learning 5. Good at communication, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for technology, good communication and expression skills and team spirit, excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems, and machine learning/deep learning theory and practical experience are preferred.
