Responsibilities
Team Introduction: We are committed to building the industry's top low-code platform to accelerate the digitalization of enterprises. It allows people who understand the business to quickly build applications that meet business needs without development, helping business personnel maximize their self-value liberating R&D personnel from inefficient and repetitive work and changing inefficient R&D models connecting enterprise data and reducing data silos, allowing enterprises to take the initiative in rapid innovation. 1. Responsible for the establishment and management of the low-code platform service-side team, formulate medium- and long-term plans, and build a combat-ready team 2. Benchmark the industry's excellent aPaaS platform demand research, technology research and implementation, including but not limited to data channels, service orchestration, API services, etc. 3. Responsible for the team's service quality and stability, improve the team's development efficiency from the tools and systems, and tackle key and difficult technologies 4. Responsible for the promotion and optimization of the team's R&D process, discovering and producing products and tools that are valuable for improving team efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, rich experience in back-end R&D 2. Excellent team management experience, able to build a fast-improving team 3. Strong business understanding and complex technology disassembly ability, good data-driven awareness 4. Strong learning and abstraction ability, strong thirst for knowledge, curiosity and enterprising spirit, able to pay attention to and learn the latest technology in the industry in a timely manner 5. Solid technology, familiar with common back-end R&D technologies including but not limited to: storage, caching, messaging, search, microservices, etc. 6. Candidates with experience in service and process orchestration, zero-code/low-code platform, and enterprise-level application architecture design are preferred.
