It allows people who understand the business to quickly build applications that meet business needs without development, helping business personnel maximize their self-value liberate R&D personnel from inefficient and repetitive work, and change the inefficient R&D model connect enterprise data, reduce data silos, and let enterprises take the initiative in rapid innovation. 1. Responsible for the technical management of the aPaaS data service R&D team 2. Responsible for the technical planning and team building of the aPaaS data service R&D team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, those with team management experience are preferred 2. Have solid programming skills and coding habits, strong software architecture design capabilities, and code optimization capabilities 3. Familiar with common architecture systems, and have a good understanding and practice of microservice splitting, service governance, performance optimization, etc. 4. Good team communication and collaboration skills, good sense of responsibility, good self-drive and learning ability excellent problem discovery and solving skills, and those with 2B/enterprise application industry experience are preferred 5. Those with service and process orchestration, zero-code/low-code platform, and enterprise-level application architecture design experience are preferred 6. Have excellent system architecture design capabilities and can deeply understand the technical details of the system.
