Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the server-side R&D of systems and product functions related to Douyin hot spots, topics, resource positions and other businesses, including but not limited to: business demand R&D, system architecture design and optimization, responsible for business quality and system high availability 2. In-depth business, understand business planning, and work with products and operations to deeply explore business pain points, solve business problems through technology, and deliver business needs with high quality 3. Participate in the security of major events, such as the Spring Festival, National Day, Carnival, World Cup, etc., to ensure that the system is as smooth as silk under the pressure of massive traffic 4. Explore new technologies such as big models, and practice them in UGC business and resource distribution business scenarios to improve the production, distribution and consumption efficiency of Douyin content.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors 2. Solid programming skills and code quality, good foundation in data structure and algorithm 3. Proficient in one programming language, including but not limited to Golang/Python/Java/PHP/C++/C 4. Familiar with common WEB components such as Mysql, Redis, MQ, and understand the basic principles 5. Understand conventional architecture design ideas, including but not limited to service-oriented, asynchronous, high availability, scalability, etc. 6. Have a good sense of reliability, including but not limited to monitoring, disaster recovery, etc. 7. Have good team communication and collaboration skills, and a good sense of responsibility 8. Have good self-motivation and learning ability 9. Those who meet the following conditions are preferred: (1) Complex system architecture design (2) Massive service design experience (3) Advertising engine design and development experience.
