Responsibilities
Team introduction: ByteDance Developer AI team is committed to exploring the application and implementation of AI technology in the R&D system, covering scenarios including AI for Code and the implementation of AI in the entire DevOps process. Doubao MarsCode, which the team has released, is an intelligent development tool based on the Doubao large model. It provides two usage forms: Cloud IDE and AI programming assistant. It has multiple functions such as code completion, intelligent Q&A, code interpretation and code repair. The native AI capabilities make programming more intelligent and convenient. 1. Responsible for the server-side architecture and R&D work related to the product operation and growth of ByteDance Doubao MarsCode 2. Collaborate with the product and operation team, deeply participate in all aspects of business growth, and support business scenarios for R&D implementation, including but not limited to: user acquisition, retention improvement, incentive growth, content growth, cross-end linkage, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors preferred 2. More than 2 years of backend work experience, experience in Internet content distribution products preferred 3. Proficient in Golang/Java/Python language and common frameworks, in-depth understanding of the features provided by the framework and its implementation principle details 4. Strong learning ability, self-motivated, good problem analysis and problem solving skills, good architecture and business understanding 5. Have technical pursuits, willing to explore and optimize coding and design in depth.
