Responsibilities
Team Introduction: We are the ByteDance Interactive Entertainment R&D - Quality Assurance - Audit Platform Team, responsible for the systematic quality assurance of Douyin's business security, and by establishing a complete quality assurance system, we will improve the safety, quality and efficiency of products. 1. Mainly responsible for the product quality assurance of Douyin business security service 2. Participate in project requirements and technical reviews, design, review and execute test cases according to requirements, and control project quality 3. Analyze business system quality issues, formulate quality assurance plans, and implement them 4. Formulate test specifications, continuously optimize and improve test methods and processes, and improve efficiency 5. Monitor, trace and locate quality issues in the business, analyze and summarize them, and provide long-term solutions 6. Solve business quality pain points through technical means, and improve the quality, efficiency and stability within the group 7. Research and apply new technologies, and promote the application of suitable technologies in production.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major 2. Experience in testing and developing large-scale mobile Internet servers, and understanding of common server architectures 3. Familiar with common languages such as Java/Go/Python, and good algorithm skills 4. Awareness and ability to improve R&D quality through tools and platforms 5. Familiar with various server-side testing methods, such as performance stress testing, interfaces, monitoring configuration, data quality assurance, etc.
