Responsibilities
Team Introduction: We are the ByteDance Interactive Entertainment R&D-Quality Assurance-Business Security Team, responsible for the systematic quality assurance of the business security (content security, data security, user security, behavioral security, etc.) of products with hundreds of millions of daily active users, establishing a complete quality assurance system to improve product safety, quality and efficiency promoting the construction of product safety compliance process system through problem identification, actively exploring and promoting the solution of product business security risks through technical means, and jointly ensuring product safety with relevant cooperation teams. The work content includes but is not limited to: 1. Responsible for the service-side quality assurance work of Douyin, Volcano and other products in the business security direction 2. Participate in the construction and planning of product system architecture, and establish a complete business security quality assurance system 3. Ensure the quality of the system under test, and improve the safety, quality and efficiency of the product through innovation of testing processes and methods 4. Development and maintenance of business security-related tool platforms 5. Actively explore the business security risks of Douyin and other products and promote solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, information security and other related majors 2. More than one year of server-side testing or security testing experience 3. Familiar with at least one of Python/Golang/Java, with actual testing tools and platform development experience preferred 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent self-driving ability, rigorous and meticulous, strong sense of logic have good problem analysis and risk identification capabilities, good cross-team communication and handling of complex problems, and good stress resistance 5. Have security work experience in large Internet and financial companies preferred.
