Lead the team to be responsible for the service-side research and development of the B-side related systems and products of TikTok's life service business 2. Responsible for the establishment of the technical team, business control, team management and personnel training 3. In-depth understanding of the merchant/commodity/transaction-related business involved in life services to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of B-side services 4. Work with cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop solutions that meet business needs.

1. Have rich knowledge in related fields, mature team building and management capabilities 2. Solid basic computer knowledge, strong software architecture design capabilities 3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strategic thinking ability.
