Service Officer

Your role

• Assign daily installation and restoration jobs through operating support system
• Resolve enquiry from internal andexternal customers for order and appointment status
• Assist team supervisor in regular report coordination and administration task
• PerformUAT for new systems & products if needed

To succeed the role

• F.5/ DSE/ Diploma holder or above with working experience of at least 1 year in customer services is preferable
• Knowledge of voice & broadband services/products and field working procedures will bean advantage
• Initiative and good communication skills with customer-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Good PC skills for Microsoft Office
• Candidates with more experience willbe considered as Senior Service Officer
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
