Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product operations related to user experience of life services, optimize the overall workflow through productization/intelligentization, output complete and rigorous product operation plans and implement them, and collaborate with product, R&D, strategy, delivery and other teams to jointly improve service levels and user satisfaction 2. Build VOC labels to clearly see the user experience, and collaborate with upstream and downstream labels in label construction, labeling and production 3. Determine key product operation indicators, find optimization space by analyzing product data and user feedback, and promote product improvement and iteration 4. Analyze business data such as product operation, continuously iterate product operation processes through data and user feedback, and promote orderly and efficient operation of products 5. Work with the business team to develop function launch strategies and plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in user operation/strategy operation/product operation 2. Have problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and be able to quickly respond to and solve problems and challenges in operations 3. Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and promote across departments, be careful and meticulous, have strong self-drive, and good stress resistance 4. Clear logic, keen insight and analytical ability, and be able to drive operations with data.
