Service Operation - Product Operation Direction

1. Determine key product operation indicators, find optimization space by analyzing product data and user feedback, and promote product improvement and iteration 2. Analyze business data such as product operation, continuously iterate product operation processes through data and user feedback, and promote orderly and efficient operation of products 3. Work with the business team to formulate function launch strategies and plans.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in user operation/strategy operation/product operation 2. Have problem-solving and decision-making ability, and be able to quickly respond to and solve problems and challenges in operation 3. Strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate and promote across departments, be conscientious and meticulous, have strong self-motivation, and good stress resistance. 4. Clear logic, keen insight and analytical ability, and be able to drive operations with data.
