Responsibilities
1. Participate in the construction of the service provider system, and be responsible for the daily management of the service provider, including but not limited to access, assessment, liquidation, risk control, etc., to ensure the daily operation of the service provider, help the service provider to improve business efficiency and quality, and achieve performance goals 2. Develop reasonable industry merchant operation plans for service providers, provide activities, group order design and operation support, maintain good cooperative relationships, and optimize transaction volume 3. Independently responsible for department-level projects, as the project leader, from project planning & strategy formulation, to collaborative business promotion & progress tracking, and then to the precipitation of special cases/methodologies, to promote the scale coverage/penetration of service providers and bring incremental business 4. Insight into business opportunities and incremental space, through the output of business strategy planning, collaborative business promotion and implementation and review and follow-up, to promote the final achievement of planning results.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of channel or agent, service provider business experience is preferred 2. Strong communication skills, project coordination ability and cross-team collaboration ability 3. Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and pressure-bearing ability, integrity and pioneering spirit 4. Those with short video and live broadcast operation, merchant/product operation, talent operation or planning experience are preferred.
