Responsibilities
1. Target management: Build a business team operating indicator system, formulate business goals, form a systematic daily performance tracking mechanism, indicator decomposition and achievement follow-up, and gain insight into problems and put forward suggestions and proposals to support business review and decision-making 2. Project Management: Responsible for the overall project coordination and implementation promotion of the business, completing the overall project from data analysis to project promotion and review independently conduct business problem analysis and research, including thematic analysis of industry, region, customer and other modules, proactively diagnose and discover business problems, and promote business solutions 3. Business BP: Assist business LD to improve the operating efficiency of the business organization, formulate and iterate daily internal product tools, process system SOPs, and improve overall business standardization and efficiency assist in customer management (customer opening, conflict, allocation), expense management, meeting management, indicator decomposition and achievement follow-up, incentive and honor system establishment, collaborative department docking, etc.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in sales support and efficiency operations 2. Teamwork: Ability to identify and weigh the needs of internal and external collaborators, coordinate and integrate resources from all parties, promote problem solving, and get results quickly 3. Soft qualities: Integrity, conscientiousness, strong stress resistance, strong execution, multi-threaded task processing ability, project coordination ability, and acceptance of a certain frequency of business trips 4. Bonus points: Experience in channel operations/sales operations/project operations in the local life track ability to analyze data, able to build data dashboards and analyze reports, and have data insights and business insights.
