Responsibilities
1. Regularly analyze common problems in the operation of brand service providers, complete the mining and output of benchmark cases/working methods or experiences, and continuously improve the knowledge base and cases of service provider empowerment 2. Based on business needs, assist brand service providers in getting results in the construction, classification, demand raising and precipitation of content operations 3. Conduct capability stratification for brand service providers in the industry in charge, and formulate growth strategies for brand service providers based on the overall business rhythm 4. Promote in-depth cooperation with brand merchants, integrate the growth traction plan of brand service providers and promote its implementation, and track the transition effect of brand service providers and merchants 5. Closely integrate product and governance departments, continuously optimize the business environment of merchants, promote the use of platform-related product tools, reduce the operating costs of brand service providers, and improve operating efficiency.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform strategy and middle-end operation, familiar with the business methods of service providers or merchants, and those with corresponding backgrounds are preferred 2. Have certain project management experience, can promote cross-team collaboration and resource integration, and ensure the smooth progress of the project 3. Have an open and open mind, have strong learning ability, self-drive and certain pressure resistance, and think independently.
