Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management of real estate CPS service providers, including but not limited to admission, assessment, liquidation, risk control, etc., to ensure the daily operation of service providers, and promote the achievement of performance goals such as talent integration/talent operation/GTV/collection 2. Analyze the service provider's team structure, management efficiency, etc., clarify the service provider's current capabilities, formulate growth plans for service providers, focus on the service provider's talent integration/talent operation and other corresponding business chain capabilities, provide daily operation support, maintain good cooperative relationships, and enhance the service provider's overall business combat capabilities 3. Fully understand the market status, use the platform's advantages to integrate local market talent/institutional resources, deeply explore the operating modes of service providers and talents, output online/offline business methodologies based on existing experience and data analysis, and promote the improvement of service providers overall business capabilities 4. Based on the industry talent ecology, promote service providers to implement the rights and interests provided by the platform as support for the entire life cycle of talents assist the ecology/content operation team to promote industry talents to improve content quality and operate in compliance promote talents to obtain stable income and long-term operation through the CPS business model 5. Promote the use and penetration of real estate products on the service provider/talent side, assist in optimizing product construction, and increase the business market share through product efficiency improvement business chains.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in Internet transaction business or real estate industry, experience in digital management of real estate companies or experience in real estate channel companies is preferred 2. High self-motivation, goal-oriented, with systematic thinking, problem insight and problem solving capabilities 3. Possess industry analysis and summary capabilities, clear logic, and strong data analysis capabilities 4. Strong project operation capabilities, strong overall communication skills, and teamwork spirit 5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit, integrity, pioneering spirit, and accept national business trips.
