Service Strategy Operation Leader

1. Responsible for the service operation strategy of life services, lead the team to formulate customer service standards, optimize the overall work process, output and implement perfect and rigorous service plans, and improve service levels and user satisfaction 2. Responsible for the achievement of business data, personnel management and professional ability improvement of the life service delivery team, promote the implementation of business projects in the delivery center and achieve goals 3. Insight into user pain points in the service experience chain, actively explore potential needs, form effective improvement plans, and continuously innovate service operation models based on industry and user insights to enhance user service experience.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with a background in catering, comprehensive, wine and travel industry and service experience design preferred 2. Have keen problem insight and good logical thinking ability, have a product perspective, and be able to solve problems through product optimization 3. Have strong user value-oriented thinking, logical thinking and problem-promoting ability 4. Have strong industry foresight and breakthrough innovation ability, and be able to output strategies and implement them.
