As a Manager Financial Infrastructure Business Partner, you will be responsible for Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities, with specific focus on the Business Infrastructural teams, employee benefits, and Health Care Professional Transparency Reporting.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following
- Financial lead for the Pharmaceutical Infrastructural teams to support effective decision-making incl. Medical, PA&R, Global Support Functions, Marketing and other administrative departments.
- Have a seat at the table and support the evaluation of business initiatives and proposals.
- Interact with Cross Functional Leadership team and other executives; present analysis in support of business functions.
- Ensure decisions made with appropriate cross-functional collaboration, financial analysis/input and participate in the preparation and completion of the bi-annual planning and budget process.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual results and provide support to the month-end close process inclusive of journal entries, control ownership and account reconciliations.
- End to end ownership of employee benefits planning, forecasting and reporting. Act as the liaison with local and global counterparts to effectively manage the process.
- Lead the Quarterly and Annual Health Care Professional Transparency Reporting process.
- Support the prioritization and process simplification agenda.
- Backup for external reporting manager role.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting and/or forecasting
- Proven Financial Modelling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- MBA or Advanced Degree
- Big 4 Experience
- Direct experience in a business partner role a plus
