What you will do:
Shapes and drives the Silicon Carbide marketing strategy for Greater China
Identify key market, eco-system and end-user trends in the automotive and industrial markets for SiC diodes + MOSFETs
Understand the relevant application solutions in those focus markets in terms of key components and system design and how those are evolving overtime
Build and coach a strong industry-leading SiC team across the MAG, ensuring leading edge and truly differentiating product roadmaps
Initiate and perform market, customer and competitor analysis
Translate emerging use cases into new business opportunities targeting new market segments and value-added product roadmap
Identify potential changes needed in MAG's go-to-market model and organization to achieve successful customer design-in/wins
Develop, coordinate and drive strategic M&A and collaboration initiatives in close cooperation with Nexperia's global sales and marketing teams as well as Nexperia's strategy team
Recommend & execute the Silicon Carbide long-term growth plan
Contribute and act as leader and team player within the MAG
Reports to MAG Head
What you will need:
Degree educated in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline
In-depth understanding of SiC technologies and associated value chain
Experience working in the HQ function of an international technology business
Experience designing in high power SiC diodes + MOSFETs into customer applications (preferred)
Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levels
Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
Willingness to travel globally as needed
