Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product capability building and growth strategy design work in the direction of international commercial product commercialization of small and medium-sized customer growth-closed loop e-commerce advertising, and drive the growth of advertising merchants 2. In-depth understanding of the development demands and customer traffic of e-commerce advertising business, and collaboratively with the e-commerce team to complete the advertising customer growth link and gameplay, such as coupon capabilities, contact channels, task centers, etc., to help the business achieve growth 3. Understand the business scenarios and business growth challenges of e-commerce merchants, introduce, grow, and retain advertising merchants to precipitate growth methodology, and apply growth strategies on a large scale through growth products 4. Data-driven, building scientific decision-making capabilities for the advertising growth team, and understanding channel efficiency (including operating channels/payment channels/product channels, etc.) and merchant behavior by measuring products 5. Self-driven QA 1.Responsible for the establishment of product capabilities and the design of growth strategies in the direction of closed-loop e-commerce advertising for the growth of SMB customers in International business products commercialization, driving the growth of advertising merchants 2.Deeply understand the development demands of e-commerce advertising businesses and customer journeys, jointly complete the advertising customer growth link and gameplay with the e-commerce team, such as coupon capabilities, reach channels, mission centers, etc., to help the business achieve growth 3.Understand the business scenarios and growth challenges of e-commerce merchants, and precipitate growth methodologies in advertising merchant introduction, growth, and retention, and apply growth strategies through the scale of growth products 4.Data-driven, build scientific decision-making capabilities for the ad growth team, understand channel efficiency (including operational channels/paid channels/product channels, etc.) and merchant behavior through product metrics 5.Proactively discover and solve problems, follow up on the design, development, QA, launch, data review, and daily data monitoring of requirements.
Qualifications
13 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4/ 1.At least 3 years of work experience in advertising placement products, advertising strategy products, or the e-commerce field, and possess good data skills 2.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in collaborating with different teams and managing multiple stakeholders 3.Be able to learn quickly, be proactive, quickly familiarize oneself with business and overseas market environments, and independently be responsible for complete product design and project promotion 4.Have good English communication and writing skills and be able to conduct daily conversations in English 5.Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred Qualifications: 1.Have experience in serving small and medium-sized advertising clients and e-commerce clients, and understand the pain points of e-commerce advertising clients 2.Have practical experience in optimizing operation platforms 3.Have a computer science background or data analysis background 4.Have overseas study/work experience.
