Position Description
As a Industry Manager, you will play an important role in driving revenue growth of SMB market. We are seeking a highly experienced, achievement-oriented professional with a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the SaaS business model and the ability to design and execute innovative sales strategies to expand the market share of SMB and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead conversion to closing deals, including post-sale customer relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure sales strategies align with market trends and target customer needs.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts of SMB verticals while being fully aware of products and competition status.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the SaaS or related industries such as retail, F&B, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
