Special Effects Product Manager - CapCut

1. Responsible for the planning and design of tool products for professional editing scenes and AI special effects scenes, including product demand research, product solution output, etc. 2. Deeply cooperate with R&D, operation, design and other teams, be responsible for the implementation of product solutions and functional realization, and be responsible for the actual implementation effect and user experience 3. Participate in user scenario research, think about and innovate on the implementation and application of AI, and continuously improve product usability.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of product work experience, experience in AI tools 2. Ability to decompose and abstract requirements, judgment on related technical implementation, sensitive to user experience, R&D background or experience in AI products or effect tools preferred 3. Strong learning ability and resource coordination ability, strong information integration ability, able to promote the implementation of cross-team cooperation projects, and do a good job in progress management and problem insight 4. Love video editing, familiar with video editing process and various types of effect plug-ins, deep editing users are preferred.
