Job Title: Sr. AI Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Get paid to work on open-source projects
• Apply cutting-edge best practices and architecture to build our products. The topics involve Infrastructure as Code (IaC), microservice, serverless, API-first design, Twelve-Factor Apps, zero-trust network, message queue, etc
• Develop MLOps features and cloud compute platform for processing unstructured data, including data labelling, dataset preparation and versioning, model training and evaluation, experiment tracking, model deployment and monitoring, etc., work with other engineers to integrate ML systems into data pipelines
• Work with product managers, frontend engineers, product designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality, complex ML/AI features on the roadmap
• Reproduce state-of-the-art AI algorithms using deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX and TensorRT) and integrate them with our MLOps workflow
• Deliver high-quality software and documentation

Requirements

• Significant experience in ML systems and MLOps in renowned corporations/startups, have comprehensive AI product development life cycle experience.
• Experience with GCP, AWS or other major cloud services.
• Experience in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD automation.
• Be fluent in Python and SQL/NoSQL, preferably in Go, C/C++ as well.
• Startup experience, comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment, experience in robust and frequent releases.
• Excellent communication and document writing skills in English.
• Open-source projects/practices experience with active contributions/repositories on Github, please attach your Github link or portfolio in CV.

About the employment - EOR hiring

Worca's all-in-one platform simplifies the process of managing payroll and taxes in multiple countries where clients might not have a local entity or legal presence. As our client does not currently have a legal entity in the APAC region, they leverage Worca's HR solutions service to handle in-country labor laws and streamline the complexities of cross-border employment.

Consequently, you will be officially employed by Worca and considered an overseas personnel of our client. Worca will act as their local legal representative, providing support with international payroll, employment compliance, and tax obligations to ensure ongoing employment and labor law compliance. Our client will retain responsibility for critical aspects such as interviews, compensation approval, job content, access rights, and other decision-making processes.
