Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the product launch process, from planning through execution
Define product positioning and unique value propositions to stand out in the market
Deepen understanding of the target audience and buyer persona through collaboration with sales and channel teams
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen competitive advantage
Partner with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials and plan marketing campaigns
Formulate competitive pricing strategies
Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment of features with market needs
Work with the customer success team to improve user adoption rates
Track and report on key product performance metrics
Mentor and set an example for junior team members
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in global product marketing, with a strong background in SaaS; EdTech experience is a plus
Strong foundation in B2B and B2C marketing principles and strategies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of successful product launches and achieving business growth
Fluency in English and Mandarin
