As an Industrial Engineer (IE) of DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Senior Lead at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with a team of brilliant Engineers, cross-functional Planners and Program Managers to solve complex problems. Your key functions include projecting Operating Expenditures (OpEx), cost strategy, early product life-cycle demand modelling, lead Development Chip and Sustaining Products. As the Program Manager you will be responsible for achieving the program targets captured in the project release document (schedule, quality, costs, manufacturing readiness and budget), Additional functions include collaboration with cross functional teams in support of product development demand, enabling new product flows and manufacturing exceptions, and assisting with data attribute analysis. As a Senior lead you will also be responsible for regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans, and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote growth.
