About The Role
The Bonding Operation Personnel will be responsible for supporting Variscale's Service group on RMA centre and logistic. The Bonding Operation Personnel must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little supervision needed to maintain day to day operation and deadlines.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the general physical activities of the warehouse to include off-loading; this will involve some heavy manual lifting.
- Assist in the general activities administration of the warehouse to data entry and using the computer system for goods in/out, dealing with documentation, raising stock discrepancies, asset tagging, producing barcode labels, assisting with stock management, organizing couriers and to include support and assistance to customers, helping to resolve issues in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Assist in specific administration duties including maintaining appropriate records to appropriate criteria including details relating to the carrier, importer and goods and insert as applicable.
- Effective liaison with external and internal customers including liaising with associated department and dealing with associated paperwork and customs clearance.
- Carry out planned tasks in accordance with agreed requirements and within agreed time limits. Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager to achieve team targets. Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.
- Ensure compliance with codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety. adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- Experience in logistic/bonding operation minimum 2 years
- Experience of customs regulation and ERP systems e.g. SAP
- To be friendly and approachable with good communication skills
- To understand and deliver good support service
- Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrable time management and task management skills
