Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle new product development and implementation of mass production
- Control and manage product development process for time to market.
- Assist ECO issuance and Lab verification, and cooperate with MB buyer to import CM production
- Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Assist system PM & sales to meet customer requirements and win more business opportunity
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
- Product promotion, create communication kit for sales and marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 5+ years of experience in a job in the PC/Server market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor or Master's degree (engineering is preferred)
- Technical background with experience in OEM/ODM project support
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (EE preferred)
