Job Description
Manage wafer sort/probe , assembly and final test subcontractors
Shipment control & Materials/components inventory control
Generate production order/PO & WIP monitoring to secure OTD
Coordinate with related departments for better productivity and fulfill requirements
Drive subcontractors toward to KPIs
Reporting , including OTD tracker , PO tracker , cycle time report , aging PO and input/output control .
