(Sr.) Supervisor, Production PFX Plant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that production is carried out safely and orderly without safety accidents, ensuring all operations, including incident reporting, Change management, etc. in accordance with DSM and national SHE requirements
• Responsible for evaluating work safety risk assessments and implementing the company's license system to ensure the construction safety of the company's employees and external contractors.
• Perform corresponding duties in accordance with the roles defined in the process safety lifecycle management
• Responsible for formulating factory-related budgets and controlling costs
• Be fully responsible for the production of intermediates and finished products motivate employees to form an efficient team reasonably arrange the production of operators and strictly control overtime in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
• Lead the hygiene awareness and behavior improvement project, formulate project goals and implementation plans. Continuously improve quality hygiene knowledge, skills and behaviors to reduce the risk of cross contamination at work

We hope you have

• Bachelor's degree or above, or related academic qualifications. Major in food science and engineering or pharmaceutical related.
• More than 5 years of joint venture or foreign-funded production management experience, with relevant food field experience preferred.
• Good computer operation skills and good English reading, writing and basic speaking skills.
