This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior User Experience Designer located in Neihu District. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will also be involved in usability testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards of user experience.

• Proven experience as a User Experience Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design is a plus
