Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the reliable and stable operation of ByteDance Feishu products, and responsible for the SLA of related products 2. Review the rationality of the architecture, sort out and identify application architecture risks, and solve or promote business R&D to solve architecture risks 3. Improve the monitoring, alarm, downgrade and plan construction of related applications, and organize fault drills, emergency stop loss, accident review and other stability work 4. Participate in the design and development of stability-related tools and products, including stability architecture governance, monitoring alarms, plans and drills, positioning and stop-loss and other related direction tool platforms 5. Participate in OnCall duty, respond to and work with RD to solve various emergencies in the first time to ensure the stability of the business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communication and other related majors, more than 2 years of work experience in R&D 2. Have rich experience in emergency response and application stability construction, and have experience in website or B-end product application operation and maintenance 3. Familiar with Internet technology architecture and related open source products, and have a deep understanding of network communication protocols, application servers, load balancing, and microservice architecture 4. Familiar with application high-availability architecture, and have a deep understanding of architecture governance and stability architecture 5. Proficient in Shell or Python development, with Golang or Java development experience preferred 6. Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, efficient execution, and strong sense of responsibility.
