SRE Senior Development Engineer - Douyin/Douyin Live

1. Ensure the stable, reliable and efficient operation of Douyin live broadcast service 2. Analyze the current situation in terms of stability platform construction and stability governance methodology, and lead improvement and optimization 3. Participate in the design of business stability architecture, and provide professional stability and architecture optimization solutions 4. Explore the implementation of LLM and AIOps technologies in the direction of stability, and improve fault self-healing rate and labor efficiency.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of stability-related work experience 2. In-depth understanding of computer system principles, good data structure and algorithm foundation, solid programming ability 3. Experience in high-availability construction of high-concurrency and high-traffic online services, and systematic thinking and insights on stability platform construction and stability governance methodology 4. Strong learning ability, rigorous logic, clear thinking, and great enthusiasm for solving complex problems 5. Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit, teamwork spirit and sense of ownership.
