Strategic Analyst - Enterprise Services (Shanghai)

1. According to the goals and directions of enterprise services, be responsible for the research of strategic topics such as risk control, cost savings, and experience improvement of enterprise services 2. Connect with relevant business teams and plan the medium- and long-term strategic direction and expansion path of enterprise information system data based on special analysis and research conclusions 3. Based on an in-depth understanding of the business, build an analysis framework, disassemble and study complex topics, identify opportunities and form insight suggestions, provide solution support and promote implementation to solve the pain points in the actual business process 4. Formulate data and product solutions, and promote the implementation of systematic solutions.

1. 3 years or more of strategic analysis/strategic consulting experience 2. Good data analysis and presentation skills (including but not limited to problem analysis, model building, data analysis) 3. Possess innovative thinking, excellent logical thinking ability, and be good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 4. Excellent execution, driving force, and communication skills, and be able to maintain a good collaborative relationship with various collaborative teams 5. English can be used as a working language.
