Responsibilities
1. Based on the high-level strategy of e-commerce, combined with the operational business logic, design the rules for management target tasks, and perform full-process management such as assignment measurement, tracking, and review of task targets 2. Build a business indicator system, conduct regular business analysis and problem diagnosis, and produce feasible strategic suggestions to support the achievement of business goals 3. In-depth analysis of the driving force of category development, understanding of the industry, category, and merchant product structure, identifying key issues and bottlenecks in category strategies, and output special reports and strategies 4. Complete the construction of data dashboards required for business and strategy analysis, and promote the development and improvement of industry data reports and products.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet business analysis, business analysis, and target management 2. Good data sensitivity, complex data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in data analysis software are preferred 3. Strong learning ability, self-drive and stress resistance, strong communication and coordination skills, and good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 4. Have a good understanding of e-commerce, and have relevant industry work and project experience are preferred.
