Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Feishu's commercialization team (Go to Market) is responsible for promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. By formulating precise business strategies, conducting cross-circle marketing, and deeply understanding the trends and characteristics of different industries, Feishu's ideas and values are conveyed to corporate customers in different industries and business cooperation is achieved, helping customers to increase the depth and breadth of use, and ultimately making Feishu the first choice for advanced companies in all walks of life and continuously assisting corporate organizational upgrades. Feishu officially launched commercialization in 2019. At present, it has established commercialization teams in China, Singapore, Japan and other countries and regions, and has started the journey of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals in all walks of life around the world. 1. Responsible for Feishu's sales to major customers in the financial industry, conduct research and analysis on sub-industries such as banking, insurance, securities, and Internet finance, form customer lists and sales strategies, participate in industry strategy and commercialization planning, and participate in the construction of industry solutions 2. Develop and follow up key industry customers, understand customer needs, track and visit potential industry customers, promote signing, collaborate with pre-sales/customer effectiveness/product/R&D departments, and iterate industry solutions 3. Develop sales plans according to goals, plan industry customer sales strategies, and adjust them in time according to market changes to complete the sales targets issued by the company 4. Maintain good relations with customers, media, investors, and industry experts in the industry, coordinate the internal and external operations of the company, ensure the satisfaction of all parties, and enhance the company's brand image in the financial industry.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with SaaS/cloud computing/big data/marketing technology and other products, with experience in enterprise-level customer sales in the financial industry, with priority given to those with experience in banking, insurance, securities, Internet finance and other industries 2. Deeply engaged in the financial industry, understanding the value chain, industry trends, customer pain points, IT system and digital construction trends, digital transformation trends, management, organizational construction, etc. of the financial industry 3. Experience in establishing high-level customer relationships and excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills 4. Have certain data sensitivity and industry analysis capabilities, and be able to independently produce industry analysis and strategic insights 5. Have strong logical thinking ability, be able to independently produce industry solutions and complete explanations.
