Strategic Operations (Beijing/Shanghai) - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the business analysis and strategic operations of instant delivery, and responsible for the overall experience, efficiency and cost of delivery 2. Collaborate with product, algorithm, design, marketing and business teams to keep the capacity development matching the business rhythm 3. Verify the effectiveness of the strategy through data analysis, AB testing, etc., continuously iterate and optimize the capacity strategy, and improve user experience and platform efficiency.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of delivery-related business experience is preferred 2. Familiar with rider management, incentives, service provider management, and familiar with scheduling systems and incentive systems 3. Possess excellent data analysis and logical skills, and be able to independently judge and output strategies 4. Have more than 2 years of team management experience, and have their own management experience in member management and project management.
