Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product strategy design work related to algorithms. As a bridge connecting business and technology, build scientific algorithm strategy measurement methods, indicator systems, label/rating systems and iteration standards design evaluation experiments and quantify model benefits 2. Collaborate with algorithms and businesses to make efficient decisions, and output merchant and user strategies including growth, distribution, sorting, matching, and users conduct case analysis from a technical perspective and output optimization solutions, complete the definition of algorithm strategy rules and related demand output, and iterate over a long period of time 3. Provide strategy and tool support for business development, algorithm model iteration, management assistance, etc., including analytical attribution, behavioral insights, business insights and other tools or platforms, to unify the cognition of all parties and ensure the smooth operation and iteration of the strategy 4. As the project leader, coordinate the resources of various departments to promote the final implementation of demand ensure the effectiveness, stability and efficiency of the strategy.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science is preferred, with a solid foundation in mathematical statistics 2. More than 3 years of work experience in product strategy formulation, master common statistical analysis methods, proficient in SQL, good at Python or R have good data visualization and document writing skills, strong data analysis skills, and can promote product development through data analysis 3. Be keen on business and data, have rigorous and structured logic, good at analyzing and solving problems, systematic thinking, able to quantify and decompose complex business problems, examine and discover problems from a business perspective, and promote the design and implementation of solutions 4. Familiar with the basic theories and cutting-edge applications in fields such as machine learning/data mining, understand algorithms and strategic thinking, familiar with A/B testing processes, and have experience in data science and analysis in related directions such as recommendation, advertising, and growth marketing are preferred 5. Self-driven, good at communication, service-minded, good teamwork spirit, and strong project driving force.
