Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis and Management: Analyze international e-commerce business data, formulate strategic plans, and provide end-to-end solutions and implementation plans based on the understanding and analysis of specific business areas, with the help of internal and external insights, continuously optimize market strategies, operations and product functions, and provide strong support for business solutions 2. Regularly monitor and analyze various business indicators of international e-commerce, and provide corresponding solutions to assist the platform governance team to continuously reduce platform risks and improve consumer experience 3. Outstanding reasoning and logical ability, good problem-solving methodology, and the ability to independently output high-quality strategic solutions strong learning and adaptability, strategic framework thinking, sensitivity and insight into the business 3. Possess certain strategic thinking ability, be able to quickly understand the business, and discover the connection between business trends and data performance 4. Proficient in SQL, Excel modeling, R/Python and other tools for data cleaning and analysis, understand common statistical and analytical methods, and master BI visualization tools (such as Tableau/Power BI) is preferred 5.
