Job Overview
The role of an experienced Strategy manager is to shape KKday Japan organization's long-term strategy and develop measures that realize our business objectives.
You will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.
You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
You are from a finance background with a strong strategic commercial mindset, a solid relationship builder with internal stakeholders, analytical mind, outstanding presentation skills with a passion for the travel tech industry. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of immediate, mid to long-term organizational strategy.
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assessing market trends and competitors.
- Identifying threats and opportunities.
- Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions. (i.e P&L consolidation and commercial budgetary planning)
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytic related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience ideally from finance, corporate strategy or management consulting related background
- Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese(N1)
- Highly preferred from e-commerce related industry
- Strong organization, planning skills, analytical skills, data-driven thinking and project management skills
- Strong commercial thinker with strategic mindset
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Outstanding research, analytical & financial modeling abilities
- Excellent point point and excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills help you to partner with multiple senior stakeholders (i.e C suites)
- Proficiency in mandarin and japanese languages are highly preferred (Both written and verbal)
- Self-starter who will deliver result and hands on
- A good team player and goal achiever, able to work under pressure
