Your Impact
As Student Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Engage Families: Inform and inspire prospective parents and students about the benefits of an EF Academy education.
- Student Recruitment: Actively promote our top-ranked programs through various channels, including phone calls, in-person meetings, school fairs, and events.
- Identify Ideal Candidates: Select students from Taiwan who align with our educational values and programs.
- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with families as they navigate critical educational decisions.
- Develop Partnerships: Cultivate new and existing relationships with middle schools, universities, and relevant B2B channels.
- Strategic Marketing: Create and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance enrollment.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with international stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for students and parents.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese and high proficiency in English (C1 required).
- Experience: A proven track record of 3+ years in business development or student recruitment.
- International Exposure: Relevant international experience, either professional or personal.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Empathy and Passion: A genuine desire to support families during important educational transitions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and execution capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive attitude with a nothing is impossible philosophy.
